US. The 4th. And The RapFest.

When we woke up today, July 4, 2019, it was just a regular-degular Thursday.

We already celebrated our independence last month (Juneteenth). Plus, we’re in Bogotá, Colombia now so there were no invites to BBQs or any firework shows to attend.

But then around 2pm, we got a DM from D’Shonda Brown, writer at The RapFest, that our interview was published. Instantly, the day got wayyy better. Thank you, D’Shonda.
