Order Status

Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to Ten to twelve (10-12) business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed.  A 'Processing' status means that your order has not yet been shipped.

Return Policy

All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply email our customer support team here to request a return authorization number within seven (7) days of the order's delivery date. all returns are eligible for online credit to shop on AHUS’ shop page.


We currently accept payment by apple pay, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.  If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.

Order Changes + Cancellations

You can request an order change or cancellation by contacting our customer support team via email. Please include your order number in the subject line.  the cancellation must be made before the order has been shipped out. cancellations made after orders have been shipped out are in the discretion for ahus to determine. cancellations made after orders have been shipped are eligible for online store credit only.
